While the number of jobs is increasing and the number of out-of-work Idahoans is decreasing, some Idaho employers are taking steps to cement their company futures, according to the Idaho Business Review.

Fisher's Document Systems, the largest Idaho-owned document technology provider, was recognized  as one of the Best Places to Work in Idaho. Fisher's has been Best Places to Work in Idaho the last 5 years. This distinction was awarded to the Fisher's as the result of surveys completed by employees who were asked to provide feedback in areas of work environment, flexibility, and quality of management. The compiled scores gathered from these surveys exceeded the threshold needed to be considered a best place to work, resulting in the Fisher's being ranked among the top scoring small businesses in the state of Idaho. Fisher's will be recognized, along with the other ranked businesses, at an awards banquet on April 18, 2013, at the Linen Building in Boise.
