Ten of the top barbecue teams in the world will be serving it up hot at the 2013 Northwest Ribfest on June 27 - 30th. Taking plave in Meridan Idaho's Keliner Park, kids are going to be in hog heaven with lots of free activities.
And $2,500 in prizes will be doled out to the winner of the amateur wing cook off.
There will be twice the number of vendors as last year. And this year, sample cards will be available so you can taste and vote for your favorite flavors. This insures that RIBS WILL NEVER RUN OUT AS EACH TEAM CAN COOK OVER 1,500 RACKS OF RIBS PER DAY!!

Eric was selected out of 14,000 culinary greats to serve as an executive chef for the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games in Atlanta, Georgia, feeding more than 20,000 people daily. He has thrilled the pallets for world-renowned clients such as Kenny Rogers, Quincy Jones, Ted Turner, Muhammad Ali, former presidents Bill Clinton and George Bush, and Pope John Paul II as well as a host of other celebrities and dignitaries. With twenty-seven years of experience Eric was perfectly prepared for his present position as Executive Pit Master and owner of Barbeque Masters.

As for the big fish, it's only fair to double the money since Ribfest has officially doubled its days. Saturday at noon, two ten thousand dollar prizes, totalling $20,000 will tempt anyone to throw out a line for the honored catch brought up from the hatchery in Twin Falls.
